Today I swam the third leg of the 400 free relay, the 200 IM, 50 free, and 200 fly.
I got 53.4 for my 100 free split of the 400 relay! That’s what I was trying to do yesterday. The fact that I was on camera made me swim faster…

I got 2:15 in the 200 IM, which is a three second improvement from a few weeks ago. I just missed a Sectional time.

In the 50 free, I got 24.91. I finally broke 25. I also got a Sectional time by eight hundredths of a second.

In the 200 fly I got 2:17 (exactly what I thought I’d get). I improved two seconds, so now I’m only six seconds off a Zone time. Three more meets… I just need three more meets…
